Expanded setup by venue staff – we don’t just set tents, tables, and chairs; our team also sets up included bar units, lawn games, and your selected inventory items according to your approved layout, which keeps your family and friends firmly in “guest mode” instead of hauling décor in dress clothes.
More hands-on support during the event – staff on-site to manage venue-owned lighting, heaters, fire features, and inventory, so you’re not troubleshooting gear in the middle of the reception.

Included lawn games – cornhole, washer toss, giant Jenga, and similar options keep guests entertained during cocktail hour and into the evening, especially for those who don’t live on the dance floor.
Custom bar setups – access to the motorcycle bar, corrugated metal bar, penny-top bar, and wine/whiskey barrel bar configurations means your bar area becomes a design feature in itself, not just a folding table in the corner.

Investment & Typical Budget Range

The All Yours package is priced at $22,000 for up to 200 guests. This is your venue + infrastructure fee for the ceremony lawn, tented reception site, tents, generators, luxury restrooms, expanded décor and lighting, lawn games, bar options, and the additional support outlined above.

Most couples who choose All Yours and host a full wedding at Lucky 8 Ranch end up with an overall wedding budget in the $75,000–$110,000 range once catering, bar, photography, planning, florals, music, and other vendors are included.

All Yours is designed as our “show up and enjoy” option: tents, power, restrooms, bars, lawn games, décor library, and enhanced lighting/comfort are already built into the package, and our team takes on more of the setup, styling support, and on-site management so your family and friends can stay in guest mode.

What's Not Included (On Purpose)

Just like Pure Bliss, All Yours does not include linens, tableware & glassware, food service items, or planning/coordination services. Those pieces stay with your planner and caterer, which lets you choose the exact style, service level, and budget that fit you best—while the venue focuses on the ranch, infrastructure, and guest experience.
