1 / Do you provide Coordination?
Not at this time, but we’ll happily connect you with experienced local coordinators who know our venue well and can help bring your vision to life. Many elopement couples skip full planning and instead hire photography teams or small planning packages that include basic timeline and ceremony support.
2 / Can we choose our own vendors?
Yes! You’re free to choose any licensed vendors you’d like—photographer, officiant, florist, hair and makeup, etc. We simply require a copy of their insurance or business license.
3 / What happens if it rains or snows?
We’ve got you covered—literally. Each elopement package includes a structure for shelter, and we’ll work with you on backup locations, timing tweaks, or using cabin access (if included in your package) to keep everyone dry and comfortable.
4 / How do guests get to the ranch?
For most elopements, couples either meet us at the ranch in their own vehicles or arrange a small shuttle/van from Steamboat. We’ll help you choose the best option based on your package, guest count, and whether alcohol is being served.
